We are the most modern and fresh vending machine company in the world. We let you discover and reserve chef driven food and beverage on our award winning app. Our food is created by the finest emerging chefs in the Los Angeles area and soon the world.
Where is your food made?
We make our food in a modern commercial kitchen right here in Los Angeles, CA.
Is there any cooking? Are your meals pre-portioned?
You don’t cook, we do. Our complete meals come pre-cooked so you can enjoy at your own convenience. Our meals are perfectly portioned and complete with nutritional information, heating instructions and a full ingredient list.
How do you make healthy meals taste so delicious?
Eating healthy can be easy. Our talented team of Chef’s, build nutritious recipes with local sourced ingredients and packaged immediately to preserve the freshness and taste our meals.
How Do I Reserve Food?
Easy, Download the NeighborNosh app. on iOS or Android and start discovering new foods, when you find some that you like. Reserve for up to 4 hours via the NeighborNosh app.
Are your meals frozen?
No, our meals are never frozen. Our meals are specially chilled, packaged and distributed directly to our refrigerated NeighborNosh Vending Machine.
What happens after I Reserve an Order?
The reserved items are ready for immediate pick up. You have 4:30 hours to pick up.
What happens Is I miss my Pick-Up window?
We strive to reduce waste and because we are serving you delicious fresh food, picking up your order timely is important to keep products fresh and in consistent rotation. If you miss your window, no worries mate, you will receive 75% percent of your order as credit towards another food purchase.
How often do you fill your Kiosks?
We stock our Kiosks with fresh meals, snacks, and proteins every morning. Unsold items are donated to area food pantries through our partners at zero percent, a food rescue organization.
What If I don’t get a Confirmation Email?
Check your spam folder, make sure your email account isn’t acting weird, and, if all else fails, reach us on our “Contact Us” Page.

How do I change or cancel an order after I’ve placed it?
It is easy. Just press cancel before your time runs out and give us a good reason.
Something is wrong with my food. What do I do?
Oh no. Well first, throw it out. NN has a satisfaction and freshness guarantee. If there’s a problem with your order, please notify our food safety team. You can find that phone number in your order confirmation email. Of course, you can reach out to our Customer Care Team on our Contact Us Page.
We’re around 24/7 to fix these things.

The best way is to use the location feature on the NeighborNosh app.
What’s the deal with “Order History”?
We felt it was a useful asset for a few reasons. One, you can reorder anything you loved in just a few clicks. Of course, you’ll get the chance to edit the order to add anything else you’d want or remove anything you don’t need this time around. The second, of course, is to view and print receipts. If you’re into that sort of thing.
So, what’s it cost to use NeighborNosh?
NeighborNosh is free to use. You’ll have to pay for the food and, if you opt to use a delivery partner.
How are the menu prices determined?
Fair is Fair. We make sure to price our machines according to the demographic while providing the best ingredients locally available. Our team of chefs and execs work close to determine the perfect pricing for that area and per each product. As prices will fluctuate our long-term goal is to provide affordable options in all demographics.
Is there a minimum amount I have to spend to order?
No way, but you’ll probably want to order more.
Can I save my payment information?
Yep. During checkout, you’ll have the opportunity to save a credit card, add a credit card or remove a credit card.
When is my credit card charged?
Your card is pre-authorized charged as soon as you reserve your order, the payment is finalized when all products are vended and you will only be charged for the items vended successfully.
Is my payment info secure?
Yep. We are fully PCI compliant. And do not save any payment information.
How do I redeem a promo code?
If you have a promo code, you’ll be able to enter it during checkout and we’ll adjust your order total to factor in the discount. It’s important to note here that you can only use one discount per order.
I forgot my username. Or my password. Or both. What now?
Your username is often the email address you would have used to register your account. As for the password, you can click the “Forgot My Password” link and we’ll get you sorted out and if you still need a reminder of that username, the “Forgot Username” button and the fields that pop up when you click it will trigger an email reminder of that name.
Why does it tell me that a Vending Machine has restricted access?
Although we really really try it just isn’t always possible to have a 24/7 location. Examples are private businesses, schools etc. – if you’re browsing by neighborhood, city or landmark rather than a specific address – be sure that you have proper access or credentials.
Where did these chef and restaurant ratings and reviews come from?
They’re from all the amazing NeighborNosh users just like you. In fact, you can review any item, chef and machine that you’ve ordered from on our platform.
How does ordering for pickup work?
Well it’s magical. Once your order is complete you will have a UPC code. You walk up to our vending machine and scan it. Viola, the items your ordered will be vended right away. It’s that easy.
How does NeighborNosh make food more eco-friendly?
Not only is our packaging all made from recycled materials we also encourage our patrons to continue to recycle with our included bag. We are also small batch vendors and continue to create efficient ways to reduce food waste.
What about those plastic NeighborNosh bags?
All NeighborNosh bags are “greener” than your average bag. As in, they’re 100% biodegradable. That said, please recycle them if possible in your area. We’re over that whole “bag in the wind” scene from American Beauty, and we hope you are, too.
